  • 1-2 kg King crab legs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Rinse the king crab legs with cold water and pat dry.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer pot. Once boiling, place the king crab legs in the steamer basket and cover with a lid. Steam for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
