- 1 Alaska King Crab Claw
- 1 Alaska Crab Leg
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 20g Salad Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 10ml Cream
- 1 tsp Green Curry
- 1 tsp Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Egg Yolk
- Salt
3/ Directions:
Put the king crab leg into boiling water for 5 seconds, and then put in ice water and remove leg meat;
Stir-fry green curry sauce with olive oil, add coconut milk and egg yolk, continue boiling until water is gone and has a syrup like consistency;
Preheat the oven at 200 °C. Arrange crab meat on salad leaves with sauce, place on roasting pan, and roast for 5 minutes.
