Have you ever used or heard of the value of Alaska pollock in food? As a fish with a rich source of nutrients and health benefits for humans, it is also much cheaper than many other fish with similar nutritional content. Ingredients
For the sauce: 1 bottle of Asian-style ginger sesame or honey ginger sauce
For the rice noodles: 200g of flat white rice noodles
For the salad:
+ 2 cups of deseeded cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, and thinly sliced
+ Cherry tomatoes
+ Thinly sliced purple onion
For the fish: 1 portion of frozen seasoned Alaska pollock fillet
For the greens: choose your favorite greens, finely shredded (purple cabbage, carrot, etc.)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the rice noodles
You proceed to prepare the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2: Cook the fish
The seasoned pollock fillet only needs to be grilled according to the instructions on the package.
Step 3: Assembly
For each serving, first, spread a small portion of greens mixed at the bottom of the bowl, pour a tablespoon of ginger sesame or honey ginger sauce on top of the greens. Place the prepared rice noodles on top of the greens.
Next, add the cucumber/tomatoes salad on top and around the rice noodles. Sprinkle more greens and add another tablespoon of sauce. Place the fish on top, and you can decorate with a bit of peanuts or cilantro if desired to enhance the flavor of the dish.
