Ingredients
150g Alaska pollock
100g tofu
20g bean paste
5g minced garlic
5g minced ginger
10g peanut oil
20g canola oil
5g light soy sauce
5g chili paste
2g sugar
5g chopped scallions
5g chopped cilantro
50g water
Instructions
Cut the Alaska pollock into long pieces and cut the tofu into small cubes.
Dust the Alaska pollock with cornstarch.
Heat canola oil in a pan and fry both sides of the Alaska pollock until golden brown.
Add the bean paste, minced garlic and minced ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Season with light soy sauce and sugar, then add cornstarch and mix well.
Add chili paste, chopped scallions and chopped cilantro to the dish.
Serve the Alaska pollock with tofu in a hot pot with rice on the side.
