Main ingredients:
150g pollock
200g chicken wings
50g chopped purple onion
2 cloves of garlic
100g chicken broth
1 sprig of fresh thyme
100g green beans
5 teaspoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cut the chicken wings into small pieces and fry in olive oil. Add purple onion, garlic, and fresh thyme while frying. Once the chicken is cooked, add chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes at low heat. Remove the foam floating on the surface and strain the broth.
Marinate the pollock with salt and pepper. Fry the fish in olive oil until both sides turn golden.
Cook the green beans until tender and remove the skin. Put the beans into the chicken broth and blend them in a blender.
Pour the blended mixture of green bean sauce and chicken broth into a plate, then place the pollock on top.
