150g Alaska Pollock Fillet

50g Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

50g Grape Seed Oil

2g Black Truffle

50g Chicken Broth

50g Noodles (Italian pasta or egg noodles)

50g Whipping Cream

Salt and Pepper


Marinate Alaska Pollock Fillet with grape seed oil and pepper for 30 minutes, then fry until both sides of the fish turn golden brown;

Boil the noodles with salt and olive oil for 6 minutes until the noodles are cooked but still firm;

Saute minced garlic until fragrant, add chicken broth, season with pepper. Add the noodles and whipping cream, stir until the sauce and noodles are evenly mixed;

Place the Alaska Pollock Fillet and black truffle on top of the noodles when serving.
