Ingredients:
150g Alaskan Black Cod
5g Asparagus
10g Light cream
1/4 Onion
1 tsp Chopped purple onion
50ml Whipping cream
1 Red bell pepper
2 tsp Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Add 10g of light cream to a thick-bottomed pan. Once the pan is hot, add chopped onion and purple onion. When the onions are soft, add 50ml water and 50ml whipping cream, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Fry the Alaskan Black Cod in olive oil. Slice the asparagus into long, thin slices, roll them into circles, and fry them.
Plate the black cod with the sauce, add some color to the dish with a red bell pepper and enjoy.
