8-10 shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped scallions for garnish


Rinse the black cod fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper and set aside.
