Ingredients:
500g black cod
2 tablespoons miso paste
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon black bean paste (or miso paste)
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon
Instructions:
Prepare the fish: Rinse the fish thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fish into square pieces about 2 cm in size.
Make the sauce: Mix together the miso paste, sugar, sake, black bean paste, peanut oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Coat the fish with the sauce: Use a brush to evenly coat each piece of fish with the sauce.
Grill the fish: Place the fish on a baking sheet and grill at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
Serve: Use a spoon to place each piece of fish on a plate and drizzle some additional sauce on top.
Grilled black cod with miso sauce is delicious and appetizing, and can be served with white rice and fresh lettuce
