Ingredients:
500ml Water
2 teaspoons Cooking oil
750g Black Cod Fillet Alaska
3 stalks of Scallions, only use the white part, cut into 3-4cm pieces
1 small Ginger, sliced
20ml Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
In a large pan, heat up water and cooking oil over medium heat.
When the water starts to boil, arrange the Black Cod fillets in a single layer.
Sprinkle ginger over the fish.
Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add scallions and simmer for another 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and sesame oil.
Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the fish.
Arrange the Black Cod on a serving dish and pour the sauce over the fish.
Serve with rice.
